*Nancy Wilson Brothers has left Morgan Stanley where she had been an executive director in the firm's distressed loan sales group and will soon land at Citigroup. People familiar with the move said she would be a director in a similar position and report to Jeff Jacob, a managing director with Citi's distressed group.
*John Florio, a director with Credit Suisse First Boston's distressed loan sales and sourcing team, joined Lehman Brothers' distressed debt operations. Officials at the firms declined comment.
