Dan Derman, a v.p. with Bear Stearns, has moved from capital markets loan origination to sales in a new seat on the desk. The sales desk now has five salespeople. Jim Gorman, also a v.p. at Bear Stearns, will move from leveraged finance to fill Derman's old seat on the origination side. Derman declined comment and a Bear Stearns spokesman did not return calls.
