Fieldstone Capital Group, a New York broker-dealer, has recently hired five fixed-income professionals and is looking for more high-yield salesmen, in part to fill holes created by recent departures, said Mark Field, managing partner.
The hires include PK Jain, head of hedge fund sales at ABN AMRO, who joins Fieldstone in structured products business development and Tom Andretti, high-yield trader and Bradley Fester, high-yield salesman, both from Cantor Fitzgerald. The new hires all report to Field.
BB&T Capital Markets recently hired the bulk of Fieldstone's high-yield team to open a desk office in New York (BW, 8/23).
