ING Bank in London has hired Loic de Robert Hautequère, fixed-income research analyst at BlueBay Asset Management in London, as a high-yield research analyst. He had focused on crossover and high-grade corporates at BlueBay and replaces Angus Rosborough, who was hired by Lehman Brothers earlier this year (BW, 5/17). He reports to Adam Cleary, head of emerging markets and corporate credit research. "We now have a full complement of capital markets and distribution professionals in high-yield," said Martijn Bruins, head of high-yield capital markets. De Robert Hautequère declined comment; Cleary was on vacation last week and could not be reached.
At BlueBay, de Robert Hautequère reported to Mark Poole, cio, who oversees all investment strategies. BlueBay plans to make more hires in investment grade, high-yield and emerging markets, according to Poole, though he wouldn't specify the number of net adds intended.
