ABN AMRO in London has hired Alison Miller, head of credit strategy at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London, in a similar role. She replaces Bob Janjuah, who left ABN AMRO in April to join Bear Stearns in London (BW, 4/26). Miller reports to Roger Appleyard, who replaced Julia Peach as global head of credit research six weeks ago when Peach resigned from the firm to spend more time with her family. Appleyard added that Wen Wen Chen, utilities analyst at ABN AMRO in the U.S., will move to London in mid-September as a senior analyst on the industrials fixed-income research team.

At DrKW, Miller reported to Arndt Muthreich, head of credit research in London. Muthreich said that DrKW has hired Willem Sels, executive director and European credit strategist at Goldman Sachs in London, to replace Miller as head of credit strategy.
