Greg Nelson, head of J.P. Morgan's global syndicated loan business, is retiring at the end of the year. Andy O'Brien, Nelson's top lieutenant, will fill his shoes after the departure. Nelson worked at the bank and its predecessors for 30 years. In addition, Ann Lane and Doug Traver, both managing directors, have left the firm. A J.P. Morgan spokesman declined comment.
