Herb Finn, senior managing director and head of fixed-income sales at Advest Securities in New York, has recently left his post, according to fixed-income market participants. Finn did not return calls or emails by press time. Steve Ciccarello, director of risk management and acting head of taxable fixed-income, referred calls to Susan Bailey, spokeswoman. She declined comment. It could not be determined if Finn has signed on to another firm headed next.
