The Carlyle Group's European leveraged finance business hired four more staffers to its newly created team. Colin Atkins and Caroline Goldsmith both joined from Prudential M&G, where Mike Ramsay, managing director and head of Carlyle's European loan team also worked. Nilesh Desai has been hired from Citigroup and Stuart Mackenzie joined from Alcentra.
