GE Commercial Finance has hired Charles Stearns and John Timoney as v.p.s in its capital markets group’s structuring team. Stearns was previously a team leader and v.p. with Denali Capital and Timoney served as a v.p. leveraged finance at AIB Capital Markets. Both will report to Dan Gioia, managing director.
