Party Central... Société Générale's loan syndications group held a party last Wednesday at New York restaurant Métrazur in Grand Central Terminal. Bob Woods, managing director and head of debt syndications at SocGen, who sponsored the party, is one of the 40 owners of the Métrazur. John Vacarro, global head of real estate at Deutsche Bank, is another member of the well-syndicated group of real estate, banking and legal professionals that own the midtown restaurant. Meanwhile, across the way, restructuring firm Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin held a party at Cipriani. Those nursing a hangover on Thursday were in luck because samples of alcoholic beverages were given out at the bank meeting for Constellation Brands for the debt backing the acquisition of The Robert Mondavi Corp.
