Lygia Campbell, managing director and senior insurance and consumer products analyst at Bear Stearns, is joining UBS Principal Finance as a director. She reports to Chris Melendes, director of credit research in the principal finance group; he declined comment. Renu Aldrich, spokeswoman for Bear Stearns, said Campbell's replacement is as of yet undecided.
