Kellner Di Leo Cohen & Co. has hired Brad Gustafson, distressed securities analyst and workout specialist at Alliance Capital Management, as financial analyst for the distressed and high-income portfolios. He reports to Kate Kutasi, manager in distressed/high-yield portfolio, who joined the firm at the beginning of the year. She previously was head of high-yield, distressed and private securities at Alliance. Kellner now runs about $550 million in credit investments.
Gustafson reported to Jack Kelly, director of corporate credit research at Alliance, who did not immediately return a call. Gustafson said to his knowledge Alliance had not yet replaced him.
