Deutsche Bank has hired three for its high-yield sales and trading teams.
Merrill Lynch's Rob Leone, director in high-yield trading, and Mark Colm, director in high-yield sales, are joining Deutsche Bank in similar roles. And Mark Rosen, high-yield salesman at Morgan Stanley, is joining them. Leone, Colm and Rosen did not return calls to their cell phones and spokesmen for the firms involved either declined comment or did not return calls by press time.
It is unclear whether the new hires are replacements for a trio of high-yield pros who recently left Deutsche Bank: Scott O'Callaghan, managing director and head of high-yield sales, and Joe Faughnan, high-yield trader, left for Banc of America Securities (BW, 3/7). Additionally, Brian McGrath, high-yield trader, recently retired.
