Jessica Gilmore, an assistant v.p. and analyst at Trust Company of the West, has left the firm to joinKingsland Capital. Gilmore, who spent two-and-a-half years at TCW, has been covering the gaming and real estate industries. It could not be determined if Gilmore will be replaced. Mark Gold, managing director and portfolio manager at TCW, declined to comment. A Kingsland official confirmed the hiring, but declined to provide further comment. Gilmore could not be reached for comment.
Kingsland continues to staff up under Joyce DeLucca, who leftKatonah Capital in February. Joining her at Kingsland from Katonah are, Brian Carlson, Tom Liu and Robert Perry.
TCW has had its own turnover. Two months ago, Richard Kurth, Steve Kalin, Jonathan Marks and Aaron Meyer left to from Silvermine Capital Management (LMW, 3/25).
