William Franklin has left ING in London, where he was head of credit sales across high yield, emerging markets, structured products and money markets. He was also product head for high yield. An ING official said Franklin left on short notice but neither the reason for his departure nor his destination could be determined. Franklin declined comment.
Franklin reported to John Wills, head of financial markets in London. Jonathan Tracey, spokesman, said Franklin's responsibilities are being covered by other members of the sales team, adding the firm has no immediate plans to hire a replacement.
