Distressed debt analyst Duncan Yin has joined Connecticut-based hedge fund Silver Point Capital. Yin, who was a senior v.p. and principal at CRT Capital, left last month, according to a source.
At CRT he produced reports for companies such as Salton and Interstate Bakeries. Silver Point is the senior lender to Salton. Yin declined comment.
