David Gibbs, formerly a managing director at GE Global Sponsor Finance where he originated transactions in the healthcare industry, has left the firm. He now works at Marathon Asset Management, the New York-based firm, which has about $6 billion in assets under management, where he was hired to start a new healthcare group. Gibbs declined comment.
