GE Commercial Finance has moved three into its restructuring group after a trio left to join Barclays Capital. Brent Hazzard, managing director, joined from GE Bank Loan's distressed debt team; Sean Sheehan, managing director, joined from GE Corporate Lending's intermediaries team; and Raj Bhandari, vice president, joined from GE Corporate Lending's securitization team. GE lost Douglas Kelly, Ron Kubick and Joseph Jordan earlier in the year.
