Michael Moravec has been promoted to managing director at Lehman Brothers. He replaces Jeff Abt, who left the company in June to join Goldman Sachs (CIN, 6/23). He reports to Bill Hughes, head of loan capital markets. Moravec was promoted internally from the leveraged finance group and has been with Lehman for five years.
