Royal Bank of Scotland announced that Euan Hamilton, global head of leveraged finance and high yield, will relocate to the U.S. He will work alongside Ron Kantowitz, who has led the development of U.S. leverage finance activities to date, according to a release. John Hourican has been appointed as head of leveraged finance and high yield for Europe and Asia Pacific.
