SCB set for quick fire Polish auto debut

Santander Consumer Bank Poland will issue its debut auto ABS transaction in Polish złoty next week after mandating banks for a short marketing process.

The Spanish banking group subsidiary hired Citi and Santander’s investment bank as joint arrangers and lead managers for SC Poland Auto 2014-1 on Friday morning, but will look to price the Z1.37bn (€330m) transaction as early as Tuesday.
