Lehman Brothers has hired Peter Hansell as a senior member of its London-based commercial mortgage-backed securitization team, says a Lehman insider. Hansell joins from HVB Real Estate Capital in London. He reports to Jim Blakemore, executive director of European CMBS in London. The insider says Lehman is planning to make a few more hires for CMBS, but declined to say how many. Blakemore declined to comment. Hansell will start at Lehman in the next few weeks.
