Michael Gleeson has joined Barclays Capital's asset-backed research team in New York. He started last month, fresh out of business school. He had previously worked in structured finance as a buy-side analyst at Lazard Asset Management. Gleeson says he is an addition to the team. He referred further queries to Jeff Salmon, head of U.S. asset-backed research, who was out of the office. Gleeson reports to Salmon and Joe Astorina, an associate director on the desk, who was also out.
