Christian Voss, a senior member of the German fixed income sales team at ABN AMRO, has moved to SG Corporate & Investment Banking as director of European credit sales. He reports to Karen Gabay, head of credit sales at SG.

Bertrand Huet-Delaherse, senior fixed-income lawyer and co-head of the repackaging team at Deutsche Bank in London, is joining The Bond Market Association as v.p., European legal and regulatory counsel. He will serve as staff adviser to the trade group's European collateralized debt obligation and covered bonds committees. Based in London, Huet-Delaherse will be responsible for leading projects such as ongoing initiatives in global fixed-income research and structured finance practices in Europe. He reports to Marjorie Gross, senior v.p. and regulatory counsel in New York.
Michael McLaughlin is transferring from Charlotte, N.C. to London to run Bank of America's asset securitization and investment-grade structuring and trading unit in Europe. An 11-year veteran of the bank, McLaughlin will remain head of global structured products.
