Morgan Stanley hired Alex Kenna for its prop group in the credit department as an executive director reporting to Michael Pohly, managing director in proprietary trading. His responsibilities could not be determined by press time. He joined in December from Lyon Capital Management, where he was a portfolio manager. A spokesman confirmed the hire. A call to Kenna was not returned. A Lyon representative declined comment.
