Barclays is said to be looking to follow up its £1.9 billion ($2.98 billion) issue of contingent convertible capital (CoCos) last year with a new offer that is aiming to raise between £2 billion ($3.14 billion) and £3 billion ($4.71 billion) to boost its capital.
