Analysts predict US CLO upgrades for 2021

The percentage of triple-C rated loans held in US CLOs has declined in the last quarter, a trend that CLO players believe will continue into next year.
Triple-C rated concentrations have declined to 8% in December from a peak of 12% in the second quarter when more than 20% of outstanding deals failed at least one overcollateralization test, according to a Bank of America report.
