Castlelake to sell equity notes from latest aircraft ABS

Alternative assets investor and aircraft ABS issuer, Castlelake, is offering $60m-$70m of equity certificates from its CLAST 2019-1A transaction issued in April.

Castlelake will retain at least 25% of the 'E' certificates with a two year lock-up, and lock up 10% until the anticipated repayment date. 

Castlelake declined to comment on the offering.
