BPCE expands funding options with first RMBS deal

The inaugural French RMBS transaction from Bancassurance group BPCE drew increasingly high levels of demand even as spread guidance tightened, leaving the book well oversubscribed across 34 investors on Thursday.

BPCE Home Loans FCT 2018 was initially brought to investors' attention during the Global ABS conference in June. The deal expands funding options for the group which has so far included covered bonds and unsecured bonds.
