Blackstone CLO fund offers investors an exit

Carador Income Fund, a CLO investment vehicle set up in 2006 and managed by GSO/Blackstone Debt Funds Management, is set to give shareholders a vote on whether to wind up the fund, with an option to roll over into another vehicle for those still interested in CLO investment opportunities.

The fund, listed on the London Stock Exchange, is a closed-ended limited liability investment company domiciled and incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ireland. It has a net asset value (NAV) of $407m, according to it last annual report in 2017.
