The GlobalCapital editorial team will draw up a shortlist of deals by taking submissions from the top arrangers, by volume, according to Dealogic and GlobalCapital league tables from the end of 2013.
That shortlist will then be opened up to a vote by attendees of IMN’s US securitization conferences, as well as European CLO conference attendees, to come up with a winner.
Voters will be asked to choose the deal they think was most successful overall, taking into account the transaction’s execution, innovation and wider influence on the CLO market.
The award — one each for the winning manager and arranger — will be presented in New York on April 22, at IMN’s 3rd annual conference on CLOs and leveraged loans.
