Barclays Capital has hired Paul Fenner-Leitão as a financial institutions analyst in London. Fenner-Leitão reports to Gary Jenkins, head of credit research. He replaces Roberto Bella who has moved on within Barclays and is now focused on triple-A-rated research, says a firm spokeswoman. Fenner-Leitão hails fromLehman Brothers where he was a director in corporate bond research.
