ABN AMRO has appointed Mike Nawas as global head of securitization. Nawas, previously head of European asset securitization, replaces John Mullen, who left the firm in April. Mullen had been in the position for roughly a year. It could not be determined whether someone eventually will step into Nawas' previous role, a spokesman said. However, he will retain responsibility for European securitization for the time being at least.
