Charles Kassouf, a collateralized debt obligation analyst at Fitch Ratings in New York, will relocate to the rating agency's London office later this month. He currently acts as an analyst on new deals backed by cash-funded assets. Kassouf, who is moving for personal reasons, says his last day in the New York office is August 8. In London, he will report to Ken Gill, head of European CDOs, and evaluate new CDOs coming from the U.K. and the Continent. Kassouf currently reports to Hedi Katz, a managing director in the credit products group at Fitch in New York. She did not return calls inquiring about a replacement for Kassouf.
