Royal Bank of Scotland has made a hire to boost its London-based commercial mortgage-backed securitization team. Deborah Miller, formerly a senior CMBS analyst at Moody's Investors Service, will join RBS as a director and report to Lindsey McMurray, head of CMBS and whole business securitization. Miller, who has not yet started at RBS, referred calls to the RBS press office.
