Doug Rubens recently joined the collateralized debt obligation structuring group at collateral manager OppenheimerFunds in New York. Rubens, who previously worked in a similar role in CDO structuring at BNP Paribas, reports to Bill Jaume, head of the CDO group. Rubens declined to comment.
