Mark Noble, head of callable agency trading at Lehman Brothers, has resigned and plans to join Barclays Capital.

Mark Noble, head of callable agency trading at Lehman Brothers, has resigned and plans to join Barclays Capital. Noble starts later this month at Barclays in the same role, he says, declining further comment. Noble referred inquiries to Harry Harrison, head of rates trading at Barclays and to whom he will report. Harrison and Linda Wynns, a Barclays spokeswoman, did not return calls by press time.

Kerrie Cohen, a Lehman spokeswoman, says the firm generally does not comment on personnel matters and did not provide more information by press time.
