Advest Securities has hired three members of Prudential Securities' debt syndicate team, according to Herb Finn, senior managing director and head of sales. Frank Sinatra, managing direct, Frank McConville, senior v.p. and Bruce Terjanian, director, all start later this month, according to Finn. They will report to Joe Blair, head of capital markets at Advest. The hires fill holes created when Cantor Fitzgerald recently lured away fixed-income professionals from Advest. "We are reacting proactively to the employment overtures made by Cantor," says Finn.
