The move is intended to expand Deutsche Bank's secondary trading capabilities and replace Clay Desjardine, managing director and head trader of secondary sales and trading, who is set to retire by the end of the week (LMW 6/21).
Logrippo will work together with Steve Snizek, as head trader. Snizek will be joining the New York desk he left in 2002 to head Deutsche Bank's par loan trading desk in London. Alex Kozich, who joined Deutsche Bank three weeks ago, will replace Logrippo on the par sales side, a Deutsche Bank spokesman said. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Kozich was a salesman TD Securities, working under Greg Hurley (LMW 9/6). Logrippo will report to Dan Toscano, head of senior debt capital markets.
