Ed Cook, senior v.p., joined the RBS sales group last Monday. He most recently worked in the High Yield Loan Sales & Syndications Group at Bear Stearns for five years. Before that he worked in the Fixed Income Sales Group at Salomon Smith Barney. He will report to Art de Peña, managing director and head of loan sales and trading.
