Wachovia Securities' Tom Stein has left the bank and will be joining the loan group at Goldman Sachs in New York. A Wachovia spokeswoman confirmed his departure. He was a managing director in Wachovia's loan group. An official at Goldman declined comment. Stein could not be reached for comment.
