DSB collapse threatens Monastery, Chapel
SPV management company ATC, representing the issuers in DSB Bank’s securitisation programmes, is delaying notifying borrowers of the assignment of their loans following the bank’s placement into administration on Monday. ATC is attempting to ring-fence the cashflows from DSB’s estate.
