Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland will begin roadshows next week for a German auto loan ABS from GMAC Bank. E-Carat Compartment 2 will offer investors Eu446m of triple-A notes with a 1.6 year average life, supported by Eu60.5m of subordinated notes with 2.6 year average lives and a liquidity reserve.
