PSA picks banks, but pipeline uncertain

Peugeot finance arm, Banque PSA has mandated Crédit Agricole, Citi, and HSBC as joint leads on a new German auto ABS, its first of the year. But the pipeline is sparsely populated because of issuers’ low funding needs.
