Joe Russell, the former head of leveraged loan and high-yield debt trading at Credit Suisse First Boston, has accepted an offer to start at hedge fund Citadel Investment Group. According to a spokeswoman, Russell will begin in August and will be a senior managing director and head of U.S. fundamental credit. Russell, who left CSFB's high-yield group last July, is currently a portfolio manager for CSFB's Credit Opportunities Fund. Russell could not be reached by press time.
