Windermere ruling eases fears over French securitisation
The French securitisation market received a shot in the arm on Thursday when the Court of Appeal in Paris overturned the sauvegarde bankruptcy protection that had been granted to the borrowers in Windermere XII, a Eu1.5bn CMBS backed by the Coeur de la Défense office complex.
