Gulf Stream, AIG price short duration CLOs

CLOs with shorter reinvestment periods continue to dominate the primary market in the US, as managers shift to actively managed deals rather than static transactions that reopened the market in April.

North Carolina-based Gulf Stream Asset Management priced a $282m CLO with a two year reinvestment period via JP Morgan, while AIG Asset Management priced a $333m CLO arranged by Natixis with only a year reinvestment period.
