Aronzon said he plans to grow the group quickly. It will have offices in New York and Los Angeles, and he hopes to do work internationally as well. He anticipates hiring two managing directors for the New York office and adding a few more on the west coast. Although there is no specific time frame, he hopes to hire as soon as possible.
At Milbank, Tweed he was the co-chair of the financial restructuring group, where he represented domestic and international debtors, financial institutions, and lender syndicates, among others.
