ABS market shrugs off sovereign shakes

Spreads in European ABS wobbled along with wider credit markets at the start of the week on the back of worries about Italian ratings and the Spanish election, but benchmark issues retraced earlier losses quickly, with Granite cash prices up to 96.60/96.70.
