Assured Guaranty has tapped Nicholas Proud, a London-based managing director in its structured finance division, to head the company’s international credit enhancement business. Proud replaces Philippe Tromp and reports to Séan McCarthy, coo. Tromp has left the company. He could not be reached for comment.
